This is a single 2-3 hour conversation + somatic session guided by Elizabeth. Perfect to experience how even a single session is powerfully transformative for an individual or couple.
Engage
Group coaching package
4 months of biweekly group sessions + 4 individual sessions. Groups may self-form. Extremely powerful container for releasing shame and being witnessed as WHOLE. Includes access to the Erotic Blueprint Breakthrough Course.

Who is sex coaching for?
Sex coaching is for adults over the age of eighteen who are looking to expand, grow, or heal in the areas of intimacy, expression, connection, and eroticism. Sex coaching can also be combined with other practitioners for a more collaborative healing experience.
What kind of commitment is this?
Elizabeth has the following packages available for all levels of commitment:

Do I need a (willing) partner for this?
Sexuality is a personal journey, whether a person is partnered or not. This work can be done solo or with as much willing participation as your partner would like to join you for. Not-so-secretly, when one partner takes on this deep journey, both enjoy the benefits.
